About the Role:We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and sales growth for Spectr. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the UK and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach

Engage with prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls to present Spectr’s service offerings

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries

Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project onboarding and delivery

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in IT or outsourcing)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Professional and persuasive in client interactions
