About the Role:Spectr is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical reporting
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI or Tableau
Work with business and technical teams to identify data requirements and trends
Translate complex data sets into clear, concise summaries and presentations
Requirements:
Proven experience with data analysis, data modelling, and reporting
Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and one or more data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms is a plus
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
